The bill is called AB1400. This Single Payor Health Insurance law would eliminate all current forms of health insurance in California and replace it with only government healthcare. It removes options, incentives and competition needed to improve quality and lower the cost of healthcare, and opens doors for serious financial fraud, waste and abuse.
